Now if you read this insructions and do it correctly it will work.
Step 1: do this in the shade(I had an umbrella over be when I did mine)
Step 2: press down on the tip to get it wet
Step 3: still be in the shade when you apply it
Step 4: after appling it wipe off excess with a paper towel
Step 5: step out into the sun for it to harden.
And if you let the sun hit the tip it will harden the tip. It’s says this in the intructions.
P.S it may not take away the scratch compeletly if it’s to deep.

This product was priced right. It was just what I wanted and in the amount I needed. I did not have to buy anything extra I would not use. This is a great product and is easy to use.

Someone hit my driver/rear doors with a shopping cart. It left a nice set of scratches along both doors. I used a rubbing compound to remove the wax around the area before using the Fix It Pro. Follow the directions and it does work to “minimize” the scratch. It doesn’t completely remove the scratch, but it makes it less “noticeable”. One reviewer recommended several applications over a 2 days period, which worked great. Again, it won’t completely remove the scratch damage, but it made it acceptable to me.
